About Me
I have been teaching in Worthington Elementary for 15 years. I taught first grade for seven years and third grade for two before teaching technology. This year is my sixth teaching technology and I enjoy it very much! My favorite thing about teaching technology is how much it changes because there is always something new and exciting to learn. I believe the most important thing to learn about technology is how to use it wisely and safely. No matter how much and how fast technology changes, using it respectfully and safely will not.
When I am not teaching technology, I like to read, exercise and spend time with Mr. Isberg and my three kids who are now all adults. I have fur-kids, too. As many of you know, I have five cats and a dog. They all like to be pet and played with so that takes a lot of my time! My favorite places to go are to walk in the woods, Phoenix, AZ, Pittsburgh to visit my daughter, and the beach at the Outer Banks. I am a football fan. I am a big Ravens fan, but I also like the Chicago Bears since I grew up in Chicago.
